How this inspection is approached
A buyer wants to understand the visible condition of a home before a contract deadline.
- Confirm access to the roof, attic, crawlspace, mechanical equipment, and interior rooms.
- Record visible concerns with photographs and locations, within the inspection agreement.
- Discuss limitations and recommendations for qualified follow-up.

Why property details are private
Customer names, street addresses, interior photographs, and complete reports are not published on the inspection map. Any future real inspection markers will use approved, approximate area locations and will not provide directions to a private home.
What the map currently shows
The map contains 200 demonstration markers to explain the browsing experience. The map images are examples and do not show the home at a marker. No completed-job count or actual inspection history is claimed.

Plan a visit for your property
Share the address privately through the inspection request form. Confirm the scope, assigned inspector, fee, and availability before the appointment. A preferred date does not reserve an inspector until confirmed.
